I bought the lock for my mom, she always forgot her home key when she left and always callme home to open the door for her. it's super easy to install, but i don't think it comes with an user manual, prob the manufacturer forgot for put it in. However, it has an online video tutorial that I can follow installation step by step. Surprisingly, it has two IC card or smart key tag that allows me to unlock the door just simply tap it. It also has an app I can set it up. Nice lock and smart!

I have installed and used this lock for a week, pretty nice looking and cool functions. The installation process was very easy following the video instruction provided above. The fingerprint recognization is fast, less than a second. I love the multi-access methods, fingerprint for me, code for my family visit, door tag for my kids, and also mobil app records the door operation history. Changing from a mechanical lock to this digital lock, my concern is the battery dies sometime unexpected. So I am glad it kept the mechanical key option in an un-notable position and maintain a modern appearance. I highly recommend you test the back-up usb power to make sure never be locked out. This lock working together with my door camera add additional security protection to my home. Overall, a happy purchase.
I am amazed of what this lock can do. It has everything in a lock you can possibly want. I like that we can easily unlock our door in different ways: smart phone, keypad, fingerprint, RFID cards and mechanical keys.Easy installation and instructions. Even if you are a person who hates reading manual just watch the video, it showed you the installation step by step, couldnt get any easier.My experience with the smart lock was exceptional especially with the fingerprint reader. It works so fast I practically just tapped my finger on it and it will unlock/lock the door immediately. I'm very happy with the purchase. Definitely recommend!
It is very easy to follow the instructions to set up, and all operations are carried out at the front door. It is not cumbersome or heavy. It feels good and safe. So there is no need for any other adjustments during the installation process. On my garden gate, the building quality feels very good. Great. I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service is very friendly. This is the cheapest one I have found and it works very well.
