Since having my car stolen two and a half years ago, I have been searching for the perfect tracker and have tried a few with mixed results.Just got my first Tracki, so this is very preliminary but so far, so good. Purchase price, at around $30 is reasonable. Subscription is a little spendy at $20/month but if you are willing to pay up front for six months, one year, or two years, the service gets discounted to as low as $10/month... very reasonable for what's provided. I have used cheaper trackers/service but with minimal functionality and terrible reliability. I'm ready to pay a little more for something that works and is easy to use.tracki.com offers a wealth of information including several how-to-videos to help you get the most out the many included features. Setup was maybe five minutes from taking it out of the box to having it up and running, displaying it's current location on my both my laptop and the phone app.Wanting to verify a question regarding the service plans, I called the 800 number, chose "1" for customer service and was immediately greeted by Stephen, working from home these days in southern California. Stephen quickly answered my question, then offered to get me into the system for warranty purposes, and even threw in an extra month of service just because. Painless, to say the least!I'll run this thing through the ringer for a month or two, then update this post with my findings, so stand by!
