GPS Tracker - 1.26oz

Amazing love it

Since having my car stolen two and a half years ago, I have been searching for the perfect tracker and have tried a few with mixed results.Just got my first Tracki, so this is very preliminary but so far, so good. Purchase price, at around $30 is reasonable. Subscription is a little spendy at $20/month but if you are willing to pay up front for six months, one year, or two years, the service gets discounted to as low as $10/month... very reasonable for what's provided. I have used cheaper trackers/service but with minimal functionality and terrible reliability. I'm ready to pay a little more for something that works and is easy to use.tracki.com offers a wealth of information including several how-to-videos to help you get the most out the many included features. Setup was maybe five minutes from taking it out of the box to having it up and running, displaying it's current location on my both my laptop and the phone app.Wanting to verify a question regarding the service plans, I called the 800 number, chose "1" for customer service and was immediately greeted by Stephen, working from home these days in southern California. Stephen quickly answered my question, then offered to get me into the system for warranty purposes, and even threw in an extra month of service just because. Painless, to say the least!I'll run this thing through the ringer for a month or two, then update this post with my findings, so stand by!

Moved across the country and wanted security... great little trackers. Easy to hide... battery life could be improved but overall I am very satisfied with the way they worked... their customer service was very helpful when I shut them down after the move was over, in fact they actually refunded me a significant amount of what I had payed back to the point where it stopped moving. I later decided to reactivate one of the two I bought for the move and I had a little trouble activating it.. I called customer service ( who DID answer the phone right away) and they worked with me to resolve the issue. Their customer service has been really solid!!! Laila helped me work through my issues and has gone way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was working well. I had two of them and the both worked well!EDIT:I have read several of the negative reviews and my experience couldn't be more different. I really think the issue is more with the users than the device. Sometimes people just don't understand how to use a product and can't blame themselves... If you pay attention, it will work as advertised. If you want 30 days of battery life you have to change how often it updates, this makes sense... it uses a cell connection, would you expect a tiny cell phone to last 30 days strictly on battery without any charging?? No. but if it is on for 1 second every 10 minutes to report maybe.... Also they do have an extended battery pack that would be great, but I was too cheap! I simply kept it plugged in and hid the connection under the dash, worked great, always charged!! The app can be a little confusing, but it does work well and I have found that if the Tracki is in the right location in my vehicle it will be accurate down to the specific parking spot it is in. I'd say that is pretty good...

Very surprised by the battery life. It lasts a very long time! It is perfect. The monthly payment is worth it for piece of mind. I only wish that you could add an additional tracker to your monthly payment. If you buy more than one of these you have to have two separate monthly accounts that is the only downfall.

So im just gonna be straight up , for who ever is looking for a tracker to find their partner doing something, PLEASE DO BUY IS EXTREMELY WORTH IT. Im no here to bs u but this lil thing has been my life saver , it shows the exact location and guess what I FIND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR a CHEATER. Thanks for who ever made this. Because i need to find peace in my heart, from the bottom of my heart thank you.
